How it works
- Your schedule
- Choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and Paula keeps a regular day for you. Every visit follows the same checklist, so nothing is missed.
- The first visit is a deep clean
- The first visit is billed as a deep clean: baseboards, grout, blinds and the detail work. Every visit after starts from that clean baseline and is the regular price.
- Skipping or moving a visit
- Skip or move a visit free of charge until midnight Eastern time before the day it is booked for (see the terms). The price is the same every visit and reviewed once a year.
- Getting in
- Tell Paula how to get in: you at home, a key, or a door, gate or lockbox code. Codes are kept on file and shown only to the cleaner doing your visit.
- Paying
- Paid on the day of each visit: cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or card.
What it costs
For example, 3 bed / 2 bath, every two weeks:
- First visit$295
- Each visit after (every two weeks)$170
Before pets, extras and travel. Answer a few questions for a rough price for your home at once; Paula confirms it before anything is booked.

Questions
Why is the first visit a deep clean?
Because a regular visit keeps a clean house clean. The first visit gets the house to that point (baseboards, grout, blinds, vents), then every visit after is the regular price.
Do I need to be home?
No. Tell Paula how to get in: you at home, a key, or a door, gate or lockbox code. Codes are kept on file and shown only to the cleaner doing your visit.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included in every visit.
Can I add extras like the oven or laundry?
Yes: inside the oven or fridge, interior windows, blinds, dishes, laundry, organizing, a garage sweep-out or the patio. Add them to the first visit only, or to every visit.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Homes with pets carry a small charge per visit for the extra hair; tell us on the estimate.
