I believe in clear communication, attention to detail, and treating every home like my own. I show up when I say I will, I bring my own supplies, and for rental owners I'm reachable on turnover day and send photos after every clean, so you know the place is ready before your guests arrive.

A recurring clean's first visit is billed as a deep clean, so every visit after starts from a clean baseline. Before pets and extras. No travel charge in Longs, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Loris, Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest and Conway; $20 a visit in Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet.
Paula answers Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, usually the same or next business day.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included in every clean. Rental turnovers restock from the owner’s own supply of linens and consumables.
Do you offer weekly or every-two-weeks cleaning?
Yes: weekly, every two weeks or monthly. The first visit is a deep clean, then every visit after follows the same checklist.
Do you clean Airbnb and vacation rentals?
Yes. Turnovers include fresh linens, restocking, staging to your listing photos, and a photo report noting any damage or lost property.
Do you offer one-time deep cleans?
Yes, plus move-in and move-out cleans and post-construction clean-ups.
How do I get an estimate?
Answer a few questions online and see a rough price straight away, ask Paula to call you, or book a free in-home estimate. Estimates are free.
How soon will I hear back?
Paula answers calls, texts and emails Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, usually the same or next business day.
What should I do before my appointment?
Very little. Pick up clothes, toys and dishes so every surface can be cleaned, put away anything valuable or fragile, and keep pets in a room or crate while we work. Tell Paula how we get in: you at home, a key, or a door or gate code, which she keeps on file for next time. For rental turnovers, leave linens and supplies where they always live.
Can I ask for a particular date?
Yes. Mention your preferred date in your request and Paula will confirm what is available.
Which areas do you serve?
Horry County, SC: Longs, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Loris, Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Conway, Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet. Pawleys Island and the Georgetown County side of Murrells Inlet by arrangement, with a travel charge.
