How it works
- Check-out to check-in
- Turnovers fit your booking calendar: Paula works in the window between your check-out and check-in times. Send her your usual times and your calendar, and she plans the day around them.
- Same-day turns
- When one guest leaves and the next arrives the same day, the turnover is a same-day turn: $25 on top, because that window cannot move.
- Linens and laundry
- If the unit has its own washer and dryer and the window allows, linens are washed on site at no extra charge. Laundry taken off site is $35 a bed set; most hosts keep two full sets per bed, so a fresh set is always ready.
- Restocking and staging
- You supply the linens and consumables; Paula restocks from your supply closet, keeps it tidy, and stages beds, towels and welcome items to match your listing photos.
- The photo report
- Within the hour of finishing: photos of every room, any damage noted, lost property listed, and what needs restocking. You know the unit is ready before your guests arrive.
- Billing
- Invoiced weekly or per turnover, due within 7 days, by card or bank through the link Paula sends, or cash.

Questions
Do you supply the linens and toiletries?
No. The owner supplies linens, towels and consumables, and Paula restocks from your supply after every turnover. She counts what is left and tells you when anything is running low.
Can you do same-day turnovers?
Yes. A same-day turn (check-out and check-in on the same day) is $25 on top of the turnover price.
What is in the photo report?
Photos of every room as the next guest will find it, any damage photographed before cleaning, lost property, and what needs restocking. It arrives within the hour of the turnover being finished.
How do you get into the unit?
By your lockbox or door code, kept on file and shown only to the cleaner doing your turnover. Paula confirms the unit is locked and the code works when she leaves.
Which areas do you cover for turnovers?
Horry County, SC: Longs, North Myrtle Beach, Little River, Loris, Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Conway, Surfside Beach and Murrells Inlet. Pawleys Island and the Georgetown County side of Murrells Inlet by arrangement, with a travel charge.
