How it works
- Priced after a walkthrough
- Post-construction work is priced by the square foot once Paula has walked through it with you, never from photos alone, so there is no instant price. Send your details and she arranges a time.
- Rough clean, final clean, or both
- A rough clean while work is still going on (debris, sweeping, dust), a final clean when it is done, or both, at a better rate for booking both.
- Deposit
- Half is paid before work starts and the balance on completion.
What it costs

Questions
Can you give me a price from photos?
No. Construction cleans vary too much: Paula prices them after a walkthrough, by the square foot, and confirms the figure before any work starts.
What is the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean happens while the contractor is still working: debris out, sweeping, dust vacuumed and surfaces wiped once. A final clean is the detail work that makes the home move-in ready.
Do you take away the debris?
Trash and debris go to the contractor’s dumpster on site.
Is there a deposit?
Yes: half before work starts, the balance on completion.
