Questions
Is the inside of the oven and fridge included?
Yes. Inside the oven, fridge, freezer and every cabinet and closet is what makes it a move-in or move-out clean.
Does the house need to be empty?
It cleans best empty, and a truly empty house is $30 less. If some furniture is still there, say so on the estimate.
Can you clean the garage?
Yes, a garage sweep-out can be added.
Will you photograph damage?
Yes. Nail holes and any damage are photographed, and bulbs that are out are noted, so you have a record for the handover.
